
A lot of the frustrations that we encounter come from the expectation that others are going to think and act the way we would if we were in their situation. We can relieve ourselves a lot of stress and anxiety if we just accept that other people are different and they’re gonna make their own choices. The key is that we have to let go of trying to control what they decide for themselves.
